Hey my freind stole me animal stak and wha the hell i took it ,since its free.......i was wondering since i lift in the AM and it says take it 45mins before lifting sould i consume food?
cause i usually lift empty stomach than have post workout protein......
or i sould eat some protein and take with animal stak 1hr before lifting..
