I guess you should just stay to a good diet and not rely on drugs. I would go the T3/CLEN/E/C/A route before anything. Diets suck! But, they work if you give them time. Cardio 3-5 times a week and a good low low low carb diet (with a carbo loading day once per week) is the best way to shred up.
