I know you can't spot reduce fat. I am at 12% bf but have some extra fat on my thights and ass. I am doing cardio 2 hours a week and weight train four times a week. I was just wondeing when I train my lower body, should I still do heavy weights with lower reps or do I do lower weights with more reps? Are high reps that much more effective? I just want to tone my lower body and make it look better to the eye. The cardio is really helping me but its a slow process as we all know.
