I ordered Mega-Dmz
last week, Started taking it last saturday
I had weighed myself the previous day
at 158 lbs. So i have been taking it for the last couple days
Today would be day 5. weighed myself today at 166.
Theres a pretty good noticeable difference in muscle size
as well as muscle tone..especially for it being on 5 days.
To be honest I do crazy stuff all the time, i'm known for it.
I'm talking liver support 3 pills 3 times a day, I take all kinds of whey protein
and supplements/creatine all kinds of stuff to help out.
Anyways first day i took 2 DMZ pills.
2nd day i took 3..
3rd day i took 3
4th and 5th day i went back down to two..
Im thinking of staying at 2 dmz pills probably till my last week..i don't know..
Anyways I feel great. Ive been working out everyday for and hour and 30 minutes none stop..really rigorous and intense a lot of sweating and nonstop no breaks.
But even after that I'm not tired just sore but can still keep going…
Anyways,Hopefully next week I see a lot more happening.
Anyone have any Advice? or anything.
And before you ask about PCT. I haven't ordered it yet..Going to order it tomorrow.
Just taking liver aid at the moment.
