Hs anyone here ever done a water submersion test for b.f done a 12,16,20 weeker then went back and had same test done again?
I am just curious if anyone has exact # for the amount of actual lean muscle the gained from a cycle just curious if nfter all water retent. and fat removed has anyone put on like an amzing 20-25# of pure act. muscle in a 20 week span please let us all know thanks
