no not all are faked, that would be impossible. But this could be the reason for the low price.

If you're lucky (like someone I know) you can buy extras off of an HIV patient who has a prescription, so the stuff comes straight from the pharmacy and you know it's real.

Or you can ask some inhouse docs if its possible to get Sero scripts. Im not sure if it is, but its worth a shot.

Serostim is great!! The fakes are VERY EASY to spot. The reason for the rumors is because a person high on the food chain at Serano got caught letting hundreds of REAL kits out the back door to the BB market. Trust me-Serano wants you to pay full price at the retail level

Make sure you do a source check. There are several good sources that sell Sero kits at a decent price.
