Today's pump was GREAT. One of the best Ive ever had, which is awesome considering I havent been using any preworkout supps at all. Had amazing energy as well. Still have experienced zero side effects.. I even had a coworker comment that my arms looked bigger. So far so good!

Just wanted to throw up a quick update..Gym has been closed the last 2 days for cleaning. I have gained 3 pounds so far. Body fat has stayed the same, if not decreased slightly. Still absolutely zero side effects

Training Note:
Did some high volume training today focusing on the negative side of the reps.. just a change up from the normal routine. Great pump!
 
Any chance you'll be posting pics?

Other than DB curls I've never been able to get myself to focus on body parts with isolation exercies. Your training routine/split has me intrigued me.

I posted some progress pics a few days ago.. I'll be posting more in about a week when the primobol is done. I've really been focusing on a mind/muscle connection with the iso exercises. .i get a great pump from it and I swear it's been helping my compound movements as well.
