    What muscle group have you improved the most in 2002?

    I would have to say tris and lower back(although I pulled a muscle in it it's ALOT stronger now that i'm fully recouped). I would also say that my lats have gotten weaker and for some reason squat has stayed the same and deads have gone up. ( I need to focus more on the squat).

    well i guess i'm just weird I stil havn't lifted in a shirt but my comp grip bench is 2-4 inches away from the smooth(depending how i feel that day) and yes my grip is close but i can't help it it's the way i bench. Anyway i can pause the same amount off my chest raw than i can on the 5 board...

    Na man I was just messin. I mean (keep this on the DL i'ma start doin cardio too, to try and lose some of my gut) But i mean I never mentioned the word cardio. So lets see who gets there first. I'ma try and max out in 3 weeks.

    make sure u run EVERYDAY and go up to failure on all your sets, you'll get stronger and build endurance. :p this is one bet that I'm gonna win getting to the 350lb bench first. :D just messin wit ya bro

    I stil can't see the video but I doubt he'll strength peak at under age 30 I mean maybe when he reaches 33 34 or 35 then I understand. WOW I wonder if with the right supplements and training if he can do 900. :angel:
