Questions Again on Supps!

iam sure this has been asked a 1000 times, but can you fitness girls give me an idea of what supps you take on a daily basis and what BRANDS you all like- ie...multivitamin, glutamine, flax oil......

Also, do you use a vitamin holder to make it easier and quicker in the AM??

May I ask what you are trying to accomplish? Maybe we can better help you with specifics instead of generalizations, everyone is different soif we get a feel for what YOU want, then maybe we can help you better. :)
 
My multi vit is just Target brand, nothing special. Oh, it is a prenatal - even though I am not PG anymore. Prenatal vits have a bunch of good things in them - they are good for ALL women! :)
 
My usual list is:

- a prenatal multi -- any one usually is decent
- r-ala (Glucorell)
- MSM - joint support (helps my tendonitis)
- grapeseed extract - great anti-ox
- cranberry extract - anti-ox
- Vit B5 / Pantothenic acid - great for acne
- Vit E - skin
- Vit B12 -- energy sometimes
- ginger root - settles the stomach

Thermos - got some stashed Adipokinetix, thermorexin, cardio breeze
 
One a Day Women's Multi (I like it has the extra calcium in it so I don't have to take a calcium supp)
Liquid Glucosamine/Chondroiten/MSM blend (from Costco - just easier to take)
Vit C + B Complex (just a store brand)
Levorex
Sesamax (not consistently)
Glutamine
I also try to drink anti-oxident drinks also when I can remember....
