Hey everyone! I'm about to start my new programme 5x5 so thought I would log it so can look back and see any changes iv'e made over the weeks and also in case anyone would like to follow...
Ok so along with the training i am also running 20ml test prop twice weekly and 10mg winny daily...My stats are as follows......
Waist: 32"
Weight: 152.2 lb Thighs:21"
Bodyfat:20.0 % calves:15 1/2"
Chest: 40" Forearms:11"
Arms: 14" Shoulders: 43"
Neck: 14"
