She's very pretty....she's so old, her color has really faded -- not as bright or colorful as she used to be. Poor thing -- she's the one who walks around the house crying & peeing all over the place....I don't have the heart to put her to sleep....

Well.... That's a choice you have to make. Some things are better done then being selfish... Not sure that's what you really wanted to hear.

Oh no, I realize that -- but she gets around fine and moves around fine, eats & drinks fine, etc....she's really not unhealthy....she has kitty Alzheimer's basically....

We just Madonna-proofed the house: Put a piece of drywall up, ala baby gate, so she can't come upstairs and taped a big thick 55-gal drum bag to the floor on top of the carpet & topped it with newspaper where she's been peeing so she now pees on the newpaper like a puppy......

If she was in pain or obviously unhealthy, I'd be ok with it....but till then....

The vet's diagnosis = "She's demented." LOL Who knew??

I have a dog that has to go to the bathtub if he sees something flash (the ringer on the phone etc) He trembles & cries till he's safe in the tub

Dragged myself out of bed around 8:15 am.....

M1 ~ 9:30/10:00 am
2 mugs coffee + 5 tblsp FF 1/2 & 1/2 + Splenda
3oz steak, 2 whole eggs + 2 whites, 1 tblsp ketchup
1/3 cup dry oats with cinnamon, nutmeg & Splenda
1 Glass Crystal Light Sunrise

M2 12:45pm
1/2 Carbdown Flatout Flatbread, leftover peppers/onions/garlic
2 oz chicken, hot sauce

M3 3:00 pm
BLT -- 4 slices turkey bacon, 1 slice FF cheese, 1 slice tomato, 1 lettuce leaf, 1/2 tblsp Wasabi mayo, 2 slices Arnold Low Carb Bread
**I was craving this BIGTIME
1/4 oz peanuts

Thank you!! I get bored so easily and am unable to eat the same thing day in & day out. Try to change things up while still staying in the plan....
