Ck2007 Log

Feb 7th (my favorite number so I guess this fits)

In an attempt to get back into the gym I am making a workout that will hopefully fit my schedule/lifestyle and back. I am going to ease into it but it will go as follows for two weeks to try it out. At the end of two weeks I hope to increase the sets by one. and I am not sure if I will superset or not, probably not this week but maybe next week.

It all depends on my back. I tried to pick exercises that I feel won't hurt my back but I guess I will see.

MONDAY
2x10
legs/shoulders/calves
leg raises
standing lunges
leg curls
bosu ball lunges
calf raises
standing calf raises
miltary press
front raise
side raise
rear delt fly

TUESDAY
CARDIO 30-60MIN/ABS
bicycles
v side things


WEDNESDAY
biceps/back

2x10
lat pull down
seated one arm row
assisted pull ups
concentration curl
preacher curl
twist curl

THURSDAY
CARDIO 30-60MIN/ABS

FRIDAY
triceps/chest

2x10
bench press
decline press
incline flys
push ups
tricep dips
tricep extension
french press

SATURDAY
DAY OFF

SUNDAY
CARDIO 30-60 MIN/ABS
 
So for today oh yeah, I totally forgot, stretching in the morning and evening :) :

pigeon stretch
knees to chest
single knee to chest with other leg elevated
lumbar support side bend
supported quad stretch
forward bend
back stretch on wall
side stretch on step - body straight
butterflys
hip flexor stretch thank you treil
omega 3
multivitamin
aspirin


WEDNESDAY

seated one arm row 36lbs

BAck felt awesome so I went on the eliptical, 15minutes in hip started hurting so I got off

It felt FUCKING AWESOMe to be back at the gym, intense stretching tonight!

(supplements = amino acids, multi vitamin)

4 oz chicken, rice
M3
4 oz chicken, 2 cup broccoli, 3/4 cup brown rice
(supplements = amino acids)
M4
tuna

4 oz chicken, lettuce, 3/4 cup brown rice
M6 2 tbl PB

1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine,
Weights

2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 scoop powerade

pick up step son and put on my happy happy face for his mom. :)

Well, I do it for my step son and for no other reason, I try to look for the good in people, and it is getting increasely harder everyday with that one. But, she has installed in me patience and the ability to hold back my tongue, and the capability to understand why my step son (who is autistic) gets some of his really bad habits from and be patient and take new directions to be able to correct them, so I guess there is the good.

I still have to finish my course. I have another quiz and a final exam. but only 6 more chpts left, unfortunately chpt 12 requires 12 to 15 hours study time. which is the one I am on and it is quite difficult, a lot of formulas.

As much as I was pissed at my hubby for the whole test situation, I looked into further courses and I am still deciding what to do but I am thinking of taking the prequisites to get into CASB (chartered accountant school of business). sooo many options out there, it is great!

but I change my mind like I change my underwear so we will see LOL

:) tried to pick out ones that wouldn't hurt my back??? my test isn't till april, I can't wait that long. I have to take some of this weight off.

But Iam going to take it easy, if by the end of this week I find it is too hard on my back (which I should actually know by tomorrow).

Let us know how you did on your test! I'm sorry the weather sucks -- whaddaya expect?! :D
