training after been up all night

Hi , question, I work as a bouncer at a night club 4 days a week, and after work I go to train, I wonder is there are any risks of injuries lifting after been up all night, thanks.

in the long run this sort of lifestyle will catch up to you

as humans we are evolved to rest/repair and sleep at night. i understand though that cops, firefighters, EMT's, nurses, doctors, and jobs like yours have to sometimes work during the night and rest during the day. it is compounded because you likely use stimulants to stay away all night.

in the short run you can get away with it but i recommend not doing this long term

Just be careful and listen to your body. The only real risk you have is injuring yourself from being fatigued.

Life happens. I worked at a night club to put myself through university. Training when tired isn't ideal but that's life. Just be smart about it. If you are overly exhausted - take the day off. It's not worth risking injuring yourself.
