    If I was coaching you and you were on your ass screaming for help from other gym members do you think you'd need to track your heart rate too? No. Nor do I.

    for weight training? i mean if you were curious then do it but what is the purpose unless you wanted to see if your cardarine was legit for example

    for cardio? if you want to see how fast you are hitting your max HR sprinting or if you are training for long distance and doing interval training it is helpful.

    but most guys on here 99% have no reason to do that

    I do not... If I'm doing cardio I'll take a look but it's never high.

    Not during weights, but I do stay in a certain hr range for steady state cardio
