New to Weight Training, Need effective daily workout schedule.

Hey Guys,

I am new to bodybuilding and in desperate need of help. I am 18 years old and weight only 115 lbs. I am 5'5 in height. I currently work out about 30-45 mins daily. But I don't have any fixed schedule to exercise. I need some help in deciding which muscle group to work out on which days. I own a bench press which has a leg extension. I also bought some barbells and dumbbells. Which protein and supplements to take that will help me gain muscle mass. I am really skinny so I don't perform cardio, is that OK or I still have to run?
