So I went to the gym a couple days ago. We tried a heavier DL then we normally do. It was around 185 a lil bit. Like 8x. So a day later or so I notice my muscles that connect to my neck are a bit sore and my lower back. Did I use bad form to do it? Its not a sore like a pain. Its like my muscles got a good work out. Should my neck muscles be like that too?
