hey bro, pm me, i have a program for ya to try, it'll put some mass on your arms, also, these guys are on point, you need to make sure you're including core exercises- squat, deadlift, and decline bench. these are power/strength groups, where you make gains, due to the growth hormone response. you should still grow, juice or not, i think maybe you've hit one of those plateaus maybe?? if so, it's time to force growth with very heavy weight and negatives etc etc. just pm me, get a copy of my program. this is a minor issue, not like an injury or something. hope this helps, you'll get past it bro.
