Bingo, back to basics.

force the whole body to grow with major muscle groups, and arms will grow too.

i'm training this youngster at the moment, who cannot get his arms to grow, so i've changed his program to deads, squats, chins and bench. 3 weeks later his arms are bigger. He couldn't understand why!

I rarely train arms, currently at 19", and they grow by following basic training principles.
 
hey bro, pm me, i have a program for ya to try, it'll put some mass on your arms, also, these guys are on point, you need to make sure you're including core exercises- squat, deadlift, and decline bench. these are power/strength groups, where you make gains, due to the growth hormone response. you should still grow, juice or not, i think maybe you've hit one of those plateaus maybe?? if so, it's time to force growth with very heavy weight and negatives etc etc. just pm me, get a copy of my program. this is a minor issue, not like an injury or something. hope this helps, you'll get past it bro.
 
Pound the hell out of your legs. I break out majorly a day after i pound my legs squatting and deadlifting. I also notice that im super horny too. Why does no one do decline bench anymore? People look at me like im retarded doing it.

I wonder that same thing, decline is where you build most of your bench strength. ever wonder why when some guys(inexperienced) who are trying to bench a weight, then jack their ass up off the bench and are then able to complete the rep? because you are stronger on decline than any other bench. it also builds a deeper thicker looking chest, when you work it properly. i see so many guys that don't do decline and their chests look so shallow, without that distinct shelf/edge at the bottom of the pec. want a good looking set of pecs? do declines.
 
Yep, i primerily do dumbell declines on the ab /crunch bench. My gym doesnt have a decling bench unless, i jack the one end of the bench way up, but i have to bench on a smith machine, and it just doesn't feel the same as free barbells.
 
To hell with a cycle gor getting your arms big. Do one set of 100 reps AFTER your normal arm workout and you'll feel a goddamn pump but after doing this for 30 days yours arms will grow.

There are also studies on this method that show it changed the muscle composition types.

This isn't the study (I can't remember the name of the guy who did it) but this article goes over the muscle types and also has a blurb how exercise can change it.
