1. take the bus/train to work
2. 15 minutes after you get home your on the next bus to the gym
3. after your workout the bus drops you off 1/2 mile away from home so you can eat a good post workout meal, then you walk home.

Definately don't ride the bus anywhere. I do wake up at 5am and go to the gym. Then come home and get ready for work. Work all day long until 6pm and go straight to the gym from work. Get home around 8pm have dinner and go to bed!!!

Training:
You're hardcore when you go to the Gym even when you are sick.
You're hardcore when you lift the last rep till you literally cry with tears and want to die
You're hardcore when you go to the gym even when you don't have the car and have to take a taxi and pay $50 just not to miss your workout.
You're hardcore when you prefer going to the gym instead of celebrating your best friend's birthday.
You're hardcore when you prefer to drive an old car, don't buy an expensive car stereo or home cinema, all just to have more money for supplements and gear.

Nutrition:
You're hardcore when you measure every gram of the food you eat when cutting.
You're hardcore when you take an electronic 1g+- accuracy scale with you even to the restaurant to measure the food you eat while cutting.
You're hardcore when you go the beach with a thermically isolated case that contains iced pure protein whey isolate bottle drinks with you while everybody else thinks you've fallen from Mars.
You're hardcore when you wake up every 2 hours during the night to take your protein drink while bulking.
You're hardcore when you don't go partying at all because you prefer to sleep the extra hours for hypertrophy instead of fun.

I must have forgotten other stuff, basically when it comes to being nuts, i've yet to find a freak like myself.
 
1. Your hardcore when you are too pumped to go to sleep.. even after a workout that was 6 hours ago.

2. Your hardcore when you break up with your girlfriend because shes not into weight training and hinders your workouts.

3. Your hardcore when you blend your oats with raw eggs in the morning to get the nutrition down.
