This makes no sense at all. Lots of people defend Hitler, and OJ and Bush and Al Sharpton but they're still all assholes. It just means there are a lot of clueless followers.

If you don't like them or their site, you're free to express an objective opinion, just like you are free to express an objective opinion on this board and its members. We're not interested in starting fights with these other people or places. If someone's talking shit over somewhere else, let them. It doesn't make any difference to Elite.

They would have to fill the container with muriatic acid or something. a 3rd degree burn completely destroys the dermis and epidermis, turning the skin charred black or white, and typically destroys the nerves such that the tissue is completely numb. That is just a bold faced lie.

Hey, seriously...in retrospect... that post may have been out of line. I am left wondering if Needto needs special consideration. If anyone who knows for real if Needto is "challenged" let me know in a PM and I will delete my last couple of posts. I really would feel bad if I was taking advantage of someone who does not need it. This is not being smart - I will seriously delete it if it was innapropriate based on his situation in life.

Can't we all just get along. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I think that this board is the perfect forum for the discussion of varying topics and differing view points. I do not know what this place was like before this year since I just joined, but there are a lot of good bro's that are willing to give their advice whether you take it or not is another matter.

I do not frequent this board much any more due to the romper room it turned into a few years ago. With all the bombing and banning, it just wasnt conducive for acquiring and passing on useful information. I always found Ulter and Macro's posts informative, but like anything posted on the net, you have to make your own decisions. I do find that Nelson is a bit defensive and quick to flame when his advice is questioned. But its pretty easy to get gunshy when the barrel is always pointed in your direction. This board and other boards would be much better if you guys would just drop the childish banter and name calling and just agree to disagree. Pool the knowledge that all of you have and come up with something that benefits our sport and its athletes. JMO of course...

this is my first experience on any board so i do no have a frame of reference but i am a business owner and have had thousands of employees through the years. i have managed some tough cookies, quite effectively, i might add but some of the personalities and the asinine reason they argue, is beyond me! almost everything we know about steroids relative to bodybuilding is anecdotal and VERY subjective

The recomendation of a gram of juice for a first timer was commonplace.

Insulin use was rampant and encouraged, even for beginners.

I won't even get into the AF boys and their absurd advice and imbicilic psuedoscientific trivil.

This board has become like Times Square -- a renewed, thriving neighborhood that at one time seemed hopeless. Yet, there will always be a clueless few who thought the old way was better. It wasn't. Today, EF outshines every AAS board on the net.

I don't have all the answers but I try to employ logic, safety and good health as the main conponent in bodybuilding wheater you use steroids or not and I think anyone, everyone, who chooses to give advice has a responsibility to do so with a sense of caution in mind. All the vets and regulars here do an amazing job and deserve major props. The end result is a smarter board, better information, better results, and less (next to zero) casualities.

I agree that the board has changed for the better. I remember Fonz, wasnt he about 150 lbs ? Shredded to hell but so is an marathon runner :qt: but seriously, it was difficult to even post without someone absolutely flaming the nutz off of anyone,everyone. I just read most of the time and kept it on the DL. Remember when bros would "Calling you out" all the time. Someone would make a dumbass thread like I gained 80lb lean body mass in 9 months or some nonsense and it was onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn....... 29 pages of I will make you look like a girly man, you are a liar, etc......

I learned a lot, not enough I guess, I still cant figure out if my gear is underdosed but whatever.... I learned a lot when I joined and just stayed out of the line of fire and todays board, although a little heavy with supplements being pushed is still a much better board for bros to learn and ask questions, even if the questions get ask all the time and peeps think the questions are stupid. It is nice to get advice instead of reasons why I should kill myself when I start a thread. Instead of bullshit answers, most threads are chock full of info on the original thread question/statement without having to read 24 pages on bullshit to get to someone with an answer or thought.

I remember those days Nelson, much much better now. :)
 
There were some good things about the old days but the board is def 100x better now. Didn't Fonz get caught on a eating disorder message board recommending DNP to anorexic chicks?

After reading this I decided to check out AF, doesn't look like a quarter of the quality of this site... what a joke, it looks like a haven for all the banned rejects from EF... but man this thread indicates this place used to be a blood bath...
 
I actually like AF every once in a while but they actually have huge threads about how much EF sucks lol. Definitely purgatory for banned EF members.

Ya we changed a lot of things for the better. We also try to steer clear of bashing other boards to much to. I think there are some smart guys over on af. They have there family and we have ours. I like ours more.
