Had a friend of my take some pictures of me, the other day. I just started trainging. Some moths ago. And I am about to cut down now. Dont want to be fat any more. I got no skills on masuring bf, just by looking at it. But i asume 20/25% or some. Most of the fat is located on the belly and chest. Planing to use a CKD diet (if there aint any better 1's?) . So pleace help me to say my bodyfat precentage.

Thanks guys for the answears. Iv got some help with dieting. So thats ok now. I am about to start it. (Monday). And morning Cardio + Cardio after workout. And Cardio the days i aint lifting. This can only go one way. Hoping to reach 14/12bf% around Christmas. Then focus on building muscles until this time next year. Then do a national or some. Il put up some pics later. Thanks for help.

As for Cardio. What do you guys do?
 
I think it has some thng to do with to much fat -> becoming a wom -> becoming lines. Heh. Just stay lean and maybe they will go away. Some day! With that said. I got some on my forearms and nose. Hehe. I just pretend its my sixpack ;)
