Well guys figured I would give you a heads up. Starting weight was 212. 5'8 16 % body fat. Im gonna get bodyfat tested weekly along with weight. I started everything on Monday being :

7 amMorning- before breakfast
1 dieselbolan
1 oxyelite pro
1 alpha t2
5 pumps forma stanzolol
1 liv 52

730 am
4 large egg whites 2 whole eggs
2 pieces whole wheat toast or 1/2 cup weight control oatmeal

2 scoops whey protein
1/2 tbs peanut butter

Tuna salad with low fat mayo, green onions, celery
1 cup salad
1 avocado
1 dieselbolan

130 pm 1 oxyelite pro
1 alpha t2

200 pm 1 scoop whey protein pre workout

400 pm 2 scoops whey protein
1 serving gummy bears
5 caps amino acids

600pm 8 oz tilipia
1 cup green salad
1/2 cup brown rice
1 tbs hot sauce
( mix the brown rice and tilipia all up in a bowl with hot sauce delicious)

900 pm
8 oz low fat cottage cheese
1 dieselbolan
1 liv 52

Mondays workout schedule was chest and triceps

Incline barbell press super set with Incline flyes 4 sets 8 reps each
Flat dumbell press superset with flat flyes 3 sets 10 reps
Weighted dips superset with cable crossovers 2 sets 12 reps

Close grip bench press superset with press downs 3 sets 8 reps
Skull crushers superset with rope press downs 3 sets 10 reps
Overhead extensions superset with close grip push ups 2 sets 12 reps

30 minutes cardio on the elliptical

Tuesdays workout Legs + abs

Squats superset with leg press 4 sets 8 reps
Sissy squat superset with leg extensions 3 sets 10 reps
Stiff leg deadlifts superset with Lying leg curls 2 sets 12 reps
Seated calf raise superset with standing calf raise 2 sets 20 reps

Hanging leg raise 3 sets 20 reps
Weighted cable cunches 3 sets 15 reps
Oblique crunches 3 sets 20 reps
 
Ill post up the rest later on.

Muscles are starting to feel alot harder. Great pumps during workout. Im seeing alot more alot faster than last time when I ran diesel alone.

So far so good. Feeling pretty good over all. The oxyelite pro and alpha t2 really keep me going throughout the day. I cant wait to see how much of difference theres gonna be come week two. Def noticing good pumps in the gym did back and bis today and my forearms felt like they were gonna explode lol.

Back and biceps

Pull downs superset with barbell rows 4 sets 8 reps
Cable rows superset with straight arm pull downs 3 sets 10 reps
Close grip pulldowns superset with undergrip rows 2 sets 12 reps

Barbell curls super set with hammer curls 3 sets 8 reps
Low cable curls super set with rope curls 3 sets 10 reps
Single arm cable curls drop sets 3 sets
 
this is a great log, puts some ideas to my diet options. thanks!

btw, you are using 3 HCGen/day, instead of 5?
