Well guys figured I would give you a heads up. Starting weight was 212. 5'8 16 % body fat. Im gonna get bodyfat tested weekly along with weight. I started everything on Monday being :
7 amMorning- before breakfast

1 oxyelite pro

5 pumps forma stanzolol

4 large egg whites 2 whole eggs
2 pieces whole wheat toast or 1/2 cup weight control oatmeal

Tuna salad with low fat mayo, green onions, celery
1 cup salad
1 avocado

200 pm 1 scoop whey protein pre workout
400 pm 2 scoops whey protein
1 serving gummy bears
5 caps amino acids
600pm 8 oz tilipia
1 cup green salad
1/2 cup brown rice
1 tbs hot sauce
( mix the brown rice and tilipia all up in a bowl with hot sauce delicious)
900 pm
8 oz low fat cottage cheese
