Same here!! Except mine started BEFORE Xmas---namely a lil before Thanksgiving...The whole holiday season got the best of me..........
Was aroung 14% bf before, now I am about 17%!!!!!
Not too worried, I am back on track!!
Just want to be back to at least 15% by my Feb 12th vacation.........

I know the feeling! I gained about 10 lbs from thanksgiving to the first of the year! I think this happens to most of us around the holidays. I know the cold weather makes me lazy all I want to do is stay in my warm bed! It's hard to get motivated but after looking in the mirror I'm motivated again! Later, Billy
