WW's New Log - Counting down to the Cruise

I think its time I start tracking my progress again... Aruba was nixed when the boss sold his timeshare, so we're booking on a Memorial Day cruise with Carnival out of New York. That gives me 8-10 weeks.

Stats:
Height 5 7
Weight 148-153
Bodyfat Around 19%
Age 26 next month!
Supps Just ordered Cardio Breeze, Sesapure, Glurcorell, and YES
 
5:30 AM, coffee and 45 minutes on the treadmill
4 mins at a 6.4 jog on incline of 3
2 mins recovery at a 3.8 walk, no incline

6:30 AM, one glucorell

7 AM, 1/2 cup oats, protein shake with 25 g protein, water, ice, 1/2 banana

10:45 AM, one glucorell, one seaspure
11 AM, 1/2 cup oats (hungry!!)

1:30 PM, one seaspure
large salad with green beans and 4 oz chix breast
12 whole wheat triscuits

4:30 PM, one seaspure
small apple
25 gram whey protein shake

5:30 PM, off to the gym - leg night
hoping to move up in weight or at least squat 205 lbs @ 6+ reps

7:30 PM will be dinner
have boneless skinless chix thighs thawing
with 1/3 c. brown rice and lots of broccoli

And yeah, looking forward to some sugar free jell-o... NO ALL NATURAL PB for me today. I really really need to watch this addiction.

As long as you're not selling/promoting/soliciting anything I don't see why not.

LOL, last time I checked I was not selling, promoting, or soliciting myself... But critiquing!! I gues I just want what we all want - to see more results faster and I'm getting very very impatient. I think I end up wanting it so badly that I lose sight of the little gains.

Did take pictures on March 1st and will again April 1st. The comparisons BETTER be nice because I know the scale ain't movin' much.
 
fantastic leg workout last night - almost skipped the stairs at work today and took the elevator, the stairs at home were enough to make me moan, groan, and whine.

no am cardio today, going tonight for chest & triceps. just watched a friends wedding video and when she was waving good-bye, we saw the underarm flab & flap. scary stuff, so i'm looking for your best or favorite tricep exercise. i wouldn't mind adding something new because i never want to have arm-giggle!!

protein shake with skim milk, few strawberries, ice & water

one glucorell

11:10 AM
3/4 cup oatmeal with sugar free 'maple' syrup

Lunch later, brought some leftover rice w/broccoli and 4 oz chix breast


Is it really only TUESDAY????????

Suggestion: protein at every meal, food if possible. You're missing protein at your mid-morning snack.

Question: Did you say squat 205 for 6 reps? Free weights or Smith machine? Full range of motion?

Response: Sometimes I need to force myself to eat in the AM. Which is why a nice, light shake works just fine for me around 7 AM. Around 11 AM, I've warmed up a bit to the idea of more food, but I have a question. How many grams of protein with the AM Snack (Oatmeal)? Can I add in a few oz of chix, turkey, or even a handful of nuts, scoop of cottage cheese?

Answer: I did 205 for 5 reps, needed assistance with the 6th. (quick mental crunch = One 45 and one 35 pound plate on each side, plus the bar which I'm told is 40-45 pounds.) This is free weights and a full range of motion- thighs end up parrallel w/the floor. Does this sound right? FYI, for a long time, I was just going with 100-135 pounds; not seeing results and getting frustrated but also never realizing I could go much heavier. Is this TOO heavy? I don't want to get too bulky, and I already def. carry more muscle in my lower body. I've started to work legs 2x a week. One heavy day and one light day.
 
Hi--good luck first of all--I am green with envy about the cruise!! My favorite tricep exercise are bench dips with elevated feet--adding a plate in my lap.

How do you like the glucorell?
