Def one of the hardest workin Bros on the site. I hope I get the chance to chat with sum of the others I havent gotten to know before.. I have no prob helping a beginner out and or being taught sum new info myself.

Been better. I had a couple of wrist surgeries done last year that took forever to heal. Been off the weights and the gas for over a year now. I kept the bodyweight but there is alot of liquid shit covering those muscles now! I will def be picking up your book and hopefully it will help me get back on track! I'll shoot you a pm. My hush account is down due to inactivity so I got get that up and running again like the rest of me! LOL!
