Would you date someone resembling yourself?

Knowing what you know about yourself would you go out with someone resembling yourself? Are you enamored by yourself?
I mean I dig me... and think I make a good S O, but I take alot too, need alot of space, and used to get jealous pretty easy, a flaw that I worked out in the last 3 years... so far. Based on your strengths or perceived weaknesses, like personality, looks, financial ambition, would you be enamored with meeting someone like you... or would you just pass because relationships are based more combinations...
A side question... do you think you make a good catch? I know they are different questions, but my weekend brain has me feeding on digressions.

looks? no , i prefer darker more swarthy types (im a pasty toe-head)

personality? yes, although i would likely want someone slightly more affectionate than I. but not too much. i would like someone with as much emotional intelligence as I have. Im an emotionally sturdy individual (i dont need someone else's help in maintaining emotional stability)

financial ambition?: yes, im somewhat frugal (not cheap) and fiscally conservative for the most part

i think it would be interesting to meet the male-version of myself.

You and I are on the same page... my S O is complementary to me... in persona and physical make up, I know wouldn't that be neat to meet the opposite sex version of you... I think the male version of smurf would talk more shit... dunno why I think that.... just do...lol

commonalities and similar experiences are where connections are created

in fact, im constantly searching for a female on my level. some things i realize are just not realistic though but a girl has to be at least as attractive as me and at least in the ballpark of intelligence and culture to date long term.

although too similar is bad. i tend to like strong willed/fiery girls and that makes for awful, awful fights....

LOL, so true... I used to dig on tempestous, shit talking girls, I have no clue why... but an assertive chic who can just cut you down with discerning shit that can cut through steel is sexy... as long as the pistols aren't turned on me, lol but yeah, that does lead to some drama, you've got a very discerning eye internally/externally which is a good thing, but you also live in a haven of hawtness, but thats got its benefits as well as some possible drawbacks...

Strong
Became something, came from nothing
Honest
Punctual
Hard working, does not believe anything is unreachable
Educated in the worlds ways
Intelligence and common sense.
Goal oriented, always looking to improve ones self.


Not to change personalities once she thinks she has me secured

I would also want her to be down for whatever and have friends to bring over occasionally

okay, the first categories... yes... you can find that... ofcourse, surrounded by these in my department, but I'm in relationship and happy, but not changing personalities once she's got you... unsure bout that... and the former doesn't mix with the latter of being down for whatever, cause I just don't see that... tuff to find that mix...

yeah, its very sexy. i think its more because of the ethnicity of the girls though. i love hispanic and italian women (or better yet mix of both). very passionate but strong willed


not sure what you mean by that 2nd bold statement too much as far as how that sentence is related.
its really tough to date in miami even though the amount of beautiful girls is high. the miami born girls are all really weird socially.There are lots of girls that only speak spanish(kills part of the dating pool if you don't) and the expectations an everyday woman has are ridiculous because of the standards and way of living here. Most of the girls i get along with are from out of town and haven't been tainted by the way of life down here yet.

Lake LV is really nice, we live in Henderson. My wife is in the law industry (is that what you call it?). We're only her for 2 more yrs.

Hell yes. A women that makes the best out of life, loves to workout, humble, be out in social events, is funny, good hearted, loves there family, competes in some sort of combat sport is a turn on but still knows how to act girly, and dosen't take things to serious is a bonus.
