workout times

Two to three hours after wake up your test is at the highest level. Is the best time to train, if you like I are in the 37s.
 
late afternoon seems to be the sweet spot

your CNS is warmed up and primed and you do have calories from food to burn

I still favor cardio in the AM on an empty stomach
 
IMO my Ideal time to workout would be about an hour or so after dinner before if i have prepared a high protein dinner. And or about 2-3 hours before bed leaving one more PS or meal, i believe you recover the most during sleep. Working out during the day for me would burn too many calories.
 
The only times i don't lift are the beginning or end of the day. You're not supposed to work out within a few hours of going to bed because exercise raises your body temperature and that makes it harder to sleep, but some i know some people who have no problem doing it.
 
As long as I have 2-3 meals in me it's ok. I do prefer sometime between 7-9 pm tho.
