hey brother im training for endurance and would like to get some insight because i just got som gear and need training info before i started i am currently reppin 225 for 21 reps and would like to get over 30 my work out is simple i do 5x5 at whatever weight currently at 310 the i do 225 till failure then 185 till failure the push ups no rest till failure. the i do weighted dips +(35) 4X10 then ticept extensions #x10 followed by seated db military press with 75lbs the a super set of skull crushers,pullovers and close grip bench press. then machine pec flys my diet is shaky need insight per and post workout
