working out upper body only

I've read somewhere that your chest, shoulders and arms (bis & tris) make up only about 15 % of your total body mass. So your "upper half" is actually much less than half.

yeah, your back muscles ae the majority of the upper body mass and most guys neglect that too.

I hate seeing a guy with big chest and bis, but his shoulders slope forward because has no back development. It looks ridiculous.
