Working legs is extremely painful to me.

it's funny because i can outsquat some dudes in my gym, but then the same dudes put more weight on the leg press and go halfway down lollol

good form = faster, more developed growth
 
I love leg day.. that pain makes me feel like Ive accomplished a lot of work. I do a lot of pre exauhstion in my leg works.. so it hurts like hell. But if anything responds to a good pounding its your quads.
 
My lower limbs have always been skinny. I know I must squat and so I do.

I tried all alternatives and always come back to simple full squats ... loaded bar off rack, toes slightly out, chin and eyes up, down slowly and up ... repeat 7 more times. Add weight and do it again 4 more sets.

I don't hate them, but I don't love them.
