I am looking forward to not having to worry about the next damn time I will come home and float to my bedroom! I flooded 5 times since I bought my current home, and put in so much money that its not worth staying there. Its currently up for sale... doubt anyone will want it though.. LOL.

stilleto, actually... not renting it is a house that belongs to my finance's sister and we will stay there for the moment, hopefully within the next month or so will buy it. I has been empty for 3 years and she has yet to sell it, but looks like it will be ours pretty soon. As for now I am just going to take over the notes, and then come up with a purchase agreement. So...um, I guess that would be considered renting? But I believe we will make a lease agreement for purchase. Still up in the air right now.

Oh and gosh... I am sure I have tons, things in my attic that I haven't seen in years. I will prolly replace my sofa and loveseat. Gonna keep the ET center and table. I will replace my fridge and get a stainless steel one with a ice maker and a stove and dishwasher to match.

The house is in southport sub... you know where that is right? Across from Sr. Highschool. You will definitely have to come visit!

I will put all the decorations and things that I planned on getting rid of to the side and let you know.

Finally got to go thru the new home and decide on what repairs will be made. Some minor things, going to replace ceiling fans and fixtures, a little paint here and cleaning there. It has a really sweet fireplace and a wet bar. Very nice sitting area in the main entrance. All of the flooring is brand new. I don't care for the wood look in the living area but it will do for now. I go the go ahead to do whatever I want with color and also to remove the paneling and or float it and paint it. Chaning out a few things in the bathroom, toilet and counter tops... also vanity and mirrors.

The great thing is I don't have to pay for any of the repairs, they will all be paid for by C's sister. I supply the labor and she will fund the project! Not to shabby. I'll take some pics and post them this weekend. I start moving and cleaning today!
