big sexy, cmon man. at 5'11 330 lbs if you work out everyday and watch what you eat, you would have lost more than 15 pounds in 6 months. im not tryin to hate on you I just want you to be realistic about your goals. at 330 you could lose 15 pounds in a week. however, congratulations on your progress so far. take a look at the other forums on this great site, they have diet and workouts that would get you where you want to be. Hang out here at EF, read alot, and when you are really ready the folks on this site will be more than glad to help in anyway. Good luck!

agreed... dont even think about AAS at this time. get down to 15% at most before thinking about doing a cycle bro.
Check out the other forums as estcstpyer mentioned. Good job so far! you can do it!

There's a big difference between 'watching what you eat' and 'eating right', especially when you have a goal that you're trying to achieve.

You need to post up your diet and exercise regime. 15lbs in 6 months at that weight is not right.

15lbs in 6 months, good job but you can do alot better if you apply yourself more. I dont know your situation but heres some easy tips that if you follow everyday I bet you will be taking off 15lbs in a month. first off two important things. DIET! and EXCERCISE! sounds simple huh. Cardio, Cardio, Cardio. Do some Cardio 3 times a week for a half hour. I mean really get your heart pumping and you sweat going. once you get that down step up the frequency and the duration. Jump Rope, Swim, Bike, Run, Jog, Stairmaster, Run in place, and the main thing you should work on is your diet. How good are you "watching what you eat" I bet if you cut things out your diet like, Milk, Soda, fruit juices.......basically cut all liquids out your diet except water!!! cut out the Fats, Mayo, Steak sauces, Ranch, Butter,

I dont know I could have the tottally wrong idea. whats do you think your BF% is. I have no clue but im gonna guess like 50% - 70%. I could be way off for all i know you could be 330 15%bf but like i said im just guessing. Maybe let us know some more about you like really what does your diet look like? do you just eat whats infront of you all day? do you eat whats convinient? are you watching your diet like eh ill take the steak and shrimp smothered in parmesan cheese with the baked potato loaded with sour cream butter cheese and bacon and ill have the veggies too cause im watching what i eat. Or are you weighing your food? portioning? do you guzzle soda all day? do you keep a food log? excercise log? how seriouse are you about losing this weight? Anywho let us know age, diet, your workout routine. You really should be doing alot more then 15lbs in 6 months bro. How bad you want it? P.S.as far as using steroids im guessing your high risk heart attack at that weight and what im guessing your bf% is. fuck around and catch an anurism. but there is good news you dont need steroids. with the knowledge and support here and the time and effort form you, you can atain whatever goal it is you have :) cheers!

totally what i needed to hear my deit has changed since i moved and got a new job its pretty much what is giving to me in smaller doses then what i use to eat still not the greatest and my excerise routine is kinda akward i dont have a seet routine last time i did my Bf% it was around 34% if any one has a deit that they recomend and a workout routine id love to know it

I don’t have a diet that you can follow day to day saying eat this much of this and this much of that, but here are some things you should do if you want to drop the weight. 1: prepare all your meals yourself. What I mean by that is do not stop at Burger King, Del Taco, Donut Galore, Taco Bell, Mc Donald’s, Crispy Creams, KFC, El Pollo Loco and the list goes on. I know these places are convenient and taste hella good but you need to stop eating for convenience, and im not just saying you! like pointing the finger at you! Im saying that’s what has to be done. It’s the mind set you have to get into. Its what I strive to do and what im sure a lot of people here strive to do. You got to start eating for the nutrition content and whats good for your body and for your goals, not what’s easy to get at the time and looks good. 2: For you starting off I would say eat every 4 hours. For example whole wheat bread and some deli turkey meat maybe a little mustard. glass of 1% or fat free milk couple carrots and your good. Yeah its not the best tasting stuff in the world but you eat small things like that every 4 hours and you wont get hungry. I would just recommend those two things starting off for you as far as diet. I don’t want to get all complicated on you just starting out. Bsaically plan your small meals. Don’t get too concerned at this point just starting with calories and counting them. Just eat small portions of stuff you know is good for you every 4 hours. No candy, no creams, snacks, choclate, just good whole foods. And as far as a workout program for you find something concentrated around cardio. Again just starting out keep it simple but stick to it. Something like 3 days a week. Monday Wed Friday. Run for 30 minutes. If you do these things im sure you will start to see results. Hopefully when you see your results it will inspire you to get more informed put together a better diet cause what I just mentioned was as about as basic as you can get and get a better training program. Ramp it up. 20 minutes m/w/f then next week maybe 25-30 minutes. Week after that 30-40 minutes before you know it your busting couple mile runs, swims, and the lbs are melting off you. Anywho bro these are just some suggestions. Of course hit up the diet and excercise forums and good luck! Don’t procrastinate.
