Wondering about steriods

I don’t have a diet that you can follow day to day saying eat this much of this and this much of that, but here are some things you should do if you want to drop the weight. 1: prepare all your meals yourself. What I mean by that is do not stop at Burger King, Del Taco, Donut Galore, Taco Bell, Mc Donald’s, Crispy Creams, KFC, El Pollo Loco and the list goes on. I know these places are convenient and taste hella good but you need to stop eating for convenience, and im not just saying you! like pointing the finger at you! Im saying that’s what has to be done. It’s the mind set you have to get into. Its what I strive to do and what im sure a lot of people here strive to do. You got to start eating for the nutrition content and whats good for your body and for your goals, not what’s easy to get at the time and looks good. 2: For you starting off I would say eat every 4 hours. For example whole wheat bread and some deli turkey meat maybe a little mustard. glass of 1% or fat free milk couple carrots and your good. Yeah its not the best tasting stuff in the world but you eat small things like that every 4 hours and you wont get hungry. I would just recommend those two things starting off for you as far as diet. I don’t want to get all complicated on you just starting out. Bsaically plan your small meals. Don’t get too concerned at this point just starting with calories and counting them. Just eat small portions of stuff you know is good for you every 4 hours. No candy, no creams, snacks, choclate, just good whole foods. And as far as a workout program for you find something concentrated around cardio. Again just starting out keep it simple but stick to it. Something like 3 days a week. Monday Wed Friday. Run for 30 minutes. If you do these things im sure you will start to see results. Hopefully when you see your results it will inspire you to get more informed put together a better diet cause what I just mentioned was as about as basic as you can get and get a better training program. Ramp it up. 20 minutes m/w/f then next week maybe 25-30 minutes. Week after that 30-40 minutes before you know it your busting couple mile runs, swims, and the lbs are melting off you. Anywho bro these are just some suggestions. Of course hit up the diet and excercise forums and good luck! Don’t procrastinate.
