best option with tirzepatide

I am planning out a 6 month run with tirzepatide.
My plan right now is 2.5mgs the first 2 months. Then increasing the dose to 3mgs, then 3.5mgs the rest of the way. Was wondering about if these dosages make sense. I plan on cutting calories down to 2700 per day and hitting the diet hard. I’m 245lbs and want to lose around 50 pounds. Would this work ?

bros i would transition to retatrutide instead. its been shown to be more effective

don't start tirz too high. You can get some bad nausea with it.

i would suggest tirzepatide 1.5mgs to start. 2 weeks. then you can increase slowly

You're going to need to run it a minimum of 5 or 6 months. That will give you the best benefits overall.

I think you'll be fine on tirzepatide. try it 4mgs max though

i like tirzepatide. a dose of 2-3mgs a week is perfectly good

i would go with reta over tirz. its more modern
