To all the EF knowledgeable pros out there, I'd like some feedback on my typical days food intake. I'll try to be as accurate as possible. This is what I created sometime back to lean up and has really worked well. I'm just wondering if this is too lean or "light" while starting my Cyp for 8 weeks and trying to put on muscle.
I'm 33 yr old male, 5'11, 184lbs.
Wake Up (8am) - Pro Complex Shake 270 cal/60grm protein/5grm carb
Vitamins at same time with shake - 3000mg L Glutamine/1000mg Calcium/Multi V/Omega 3 Fish Oil 1,200mg/1000mg Biotin
Breakfast (9am) - 1 Cup Quaker Oatmeal/ 10 raw almonds/10 blueberries/ 1 Cup liquid egg white 26 gram protein, 120 cal.
Mid Morning Snack (11am) - Fage 2% Greek yogurt 17 gram protein, 8 grm carb, 13 cal/ 1 pack baby carrots
Lunch (1pm) - brown rice, spinach, 2 half chicken breasts or Salmon (sometimes half ribeye)w/ protein bar (18gram pro)
Afternoon Snack (3:30pm) - 4-5 slices of low sodium chicken breast (Boars Heads from deli counter) w/pack baby carrots
Dinner (6:30pm) - My Fit Foods ( this is a Houston based pre-package healthy meal place) I end up with Salmon, Beef or Chicken dishes that have 250-350 cal, 17-20 grm carb, 23-43 grm protein
Late Snack (9:30) Myogenix After Shock (recovery aid) 280 cal,34grm protein, 30grm carb BCAA's etc.
