To all the EF knowledgeable pros out there, I'd like some feedback on my typical days food intake. I'll try to be as accurate as possible. This is what I created sometime back to lean up and has really worked well. I'm just wondering if this is too lean or "light" while starting my Cyp for 8 weeks and trying to put on muscle.

I'm 33 yr old male, 5'11, 184lbs.

Wake Up (8am) - Pro Complex Shake 270 cal/60grm protein/5grm carb
Vitamins at same time with shake - 3000mg L Glutamine/1000mg Calcium/Multi V/Omega 3 Fish Oil 1,200mg/1000mg Biotin

Breakfast (9am) - 1 Cup Quaker Oatmeal/ 10 raw almonds/10 blueberries/ 1 Cup liquid egg white 26 gram protein, 120 cal.

Mid Morning Snack (11am) - Fage 2% Greek yogurt 17 gram protein, 8 grm carb, 13 cal/ 1 pack baby carrots

Lunch (1pm) - brown rice, spinach, 2 half chicken breasts or Salmon (sometimes half ribeye)w/ protein bar (18gram pro)

Afternoon Snack (3:30pm) - 4-5 slices of low sodium chicken breast (Boars Heads from deli counter) w/pack baby carrots

Dinner (6:30pm) - My Fit Foods ( this is a Houston based pre-package healthy meal place) I end up with Salmon, Beef or Chicken dishes that have 250-350 cal, 17-20 grm carb, 23-43 grm protein

Late Snack (9:30) Myogenix After Shock (recovery aid) 280 cal,34grm protein, 30grm carb BCAA's etc.

Do you know your total calories for the day? Your food choices look decent but it's hard to tell for sure without knowing the totals. To gain muscle you'd probably want to eat at least at a maintenance level or above. Just my 2 cents...

Thanks for the feedback Roxy.

I was just concerned that some of these choices might be too lean. I do not know for sure my daily cal count, but this information will help me. I'll push for a bit a above the maintenance level.

Ya what Roxy said it would be great if you can find out how many calories you're consuming a day as well as the macros themselves.

If you're trying to put on muscle on this cycle, I recommend eating 500+ above maintenance.

Me, myself, I eat as lean and clean as possible for my 4000 calorie bulk :D

Thx Acesopro. WOW! 4000 Calories is some serious eating. I'll try and come up with my cal count and post back. But 500 over is not hard to do, I should be able to throw in a few things or tweaks and easily hit that goal. :chomp:

BTW - I see you're a native Houstonian (well Stafford) - NICE! :supercool :supercool

Acesopro - I'm by the Galleria at the Signature LA Fitness. I was at a old school lifting gym, but got sick of all the old out dated/broken shit. What about you?

Update with stats - here's what today's intake should be - obviously this will vary from day to day. But will give a good idea of where I'm at.

Cal - 2275

Fat - 80 grm

Protein - 202 grm

Carb - 191

I lift with Gamer at Lifetime Fitness off HW6 in Sugarland.

Calorie Calculator - Daily Caloric Needs

Use that tool to get a estimate of your maintenance meaning, the number of calories you need to eat a day in order to stay 184lbs.

When you get the number, add 500 to it and that's a rough estimate of your bulking requirements.
