not trying to rag on you bro, but why are you doing a cycle when you are only 17, you have tons of natural growing left before you'll need gear?

I agree... a cycle at 17 is not necessary... I mean, unless you are trying to go Rich Gispari (sp?) -- but judging by how you look now, that is out of the question.

You could put on some MONDO MEGA MUCHO growth just by hard training dood... seriously. You might want to try Needsize's 5x5 "modified" program or look into alternative training methods... I have put on SHITLOADS of strength and size by altering my workouts by what I have read here....

Your chest will develop and grow... you just need to mix up your chest workout... make sure you are hitting the full ROM on your bench and staying away form Smith Machines. :)

listen to the boys above. 17 is to young IMO. when did you start working out? I would recommend training a few good solid years before cycling, wait until your done growing, at least until your 20. you look the way you do for a number of reasons, your body is in good proportion, don't worry about it. but i would say give it 100% for a few more years. remember, working out is only part of the recipe for getting big.
 
Thanks for the input guys..I'm 18 now..but only by a few weeks :p ...I admit, I know I started early but I've always been a weak kid and I've been training for a bench compeition coming up March 1st. I'm on a small cycle right now..really small... but I've been training about 2 years..this last year I've started working out with a power lifter at another gym..That has helped me TONS...but thanks again
 
maybe ur problem is ur diet,cause i had the same problem as u until i adjusted my diet,then i started getting big
 
Doesn't look like you perform incline presses at all. Your upper chest could use some major work. You are cycling at 17? Spend some time studying and researching about latest training methods.

Small pectorals are the result of genetics.
 
i have the worst genetics of anybody i know. i was 115 all my life and my chest was UGLY lol... if i could get a big chest, anybody can. i'm 175lbs as well and my chest is 20 times ur size. maybe u need to prioritize your chest more? do tons of incline man cuz ur chest looks like biitch tits Lol. J/K *pat pat*

How the hell are you going to do a bench competition 2 days after you have gyno/get your nips cut off, surgery. You also have soooooo much more growing to do before you ever should've considered juicing. Well at least you HAD a lot of growing, but who knows what a cycle might do to you at such a young age.
 
doing a cycle at barely 18 is the most retarded thing i've read all day.

need to see your routine to help you out.

if your cycle is small - say 100 mgs of test - incredibly incredibly small , you are only hurting yourself anyway.s
 
I go Feb 27, and they said I'll go back like a couple weeks into March to actually have it done. So basically the 27th is set up to figure out what's all gonna take places and etc.

I've been taking test 200, 1cc a week for 5 weeks monday. Should I just stop it now or just finish up, and take some clomid and learn from my mistake? I know I messed up but like I said earlier..I've always been a weak kid and I was tired of it :bawling: .

It's really hard to say about my routine because since I've been working out with this power lifter, it's no telling what I might do but most of the time, this is what happens.

My routine:

Monday: Tri's and shoulders. I usually do Arnold presses, Sitting laterals, plate raises, and an exercise where you pull a rope towards my face to work the rear delts. I hit tri's maybe 3 sets of something due to benching on Thursday. One time I hit them hard and on Thursday I wasn't worth shit..I learned from that.

Tuesday: Back and BI's. Back I do: chin-ups, one arm dumbbell rows, close grip pull downs, and the deal where you lay at incline and do a row type pull. BI's I do alternate curls, hammer head curls, and straight bar curls.

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Chest/Tri's and shoulders: Flat bench for two sets(I'm on this program where you go up weight every week). This week I do for 5 reps. So then I go to incline for 5 reps of 2 sets. Then I do a camber bar (I'm weak off the chest) for 5 reps of 2 sets. Then close grip for 2 sets of 5 reaps. I've done this through the old program. I started at 10reps, to 8 reps, to 5 reps..then I'll go the 3 reps in a couple weeks. Tri's I'll do the same on Monday.

Friday: Same as Tuesday.

Saturday: Legs


I was training a speed day on Monday with rubber bands until I got on this program. Back, Tris, Shoulders, and BI's I usually do around 7-10 reps for 4-5 sets. Like on plate raises I might do only 2 or 3 sets. I might miss some things but I tried to put it all up. Thanks to you all for trying to help me out. I apprecaite all the inputs also!!! THANKS THANKS THANKS for all your help and inputs!
 
If you've been lifting for 2 years and still look like that it's 2 things. Either you don't know how to train or you don't know how to eat. My guess is both. I'm sure you think you eat alot but go to the diet board and ask the diet gurus there to help you out. Remember food is the MOST anabolic thing you can put in your body.

there's no reason to be doing any cycles at 18 and weighing 175. I know it's hard because I'm also 18 but before you fuck something up get your diet and training in check.
 
You need atleast one more day off...take out either tuesday or friday.. you should be fine with training one particular group of muscles .. 1 time a weak.. for now anyways..
 
Add 5 sets of 5 weighted dips... correct form for chest... to teh beginning of your chest day. Your current routine isn't going to beef your pecs.
 
Thanks for more inputs... I try to eat anything I can...Its to much 'junk' food I think. Like I go to McDonalds, and I eat 2 of everything :-/ ...I don't now I'm trying guys..



Geroge, Should I maybe add some flys on Monday ?

Ok, so why did you post exercises for everything else except legs? Let me guess you don't do leg exercises? Or maybe you just do a couple of sets of leg extensions and a couple of sets of leg curls? That would explain a lot.
