Why The Fuck Cant I Get Stronger!!!

Man, Im so pissed off with myself lately. I am just trying to wonder why i cant seem to add weight to any of my lifts. I've only been training for a little over a year, but the amount of progress i feel i have made strength wise is garbage. Am i gonna have to eat big to gain strength or can i train for strength while on my cut now. Any tips to help out a frustrated teen bber on techniques for strength training would be sick.
 
You sound frustrated. It may be too much stress in your life. Do you get enough sleep? Also, are your meals timed properly? You dont neccessarily have to eat extreme amounts of food if you can time your meals properly.
 
research recovery methods. meaning, eat, sleep, stretch properly. i also use contrast showers as well as hot salt baths

Contrast showers? What benefit has that brought to your training.
 
yo change up the way u lift... how many times in the last yr have u changed ur rutein... if not try that... i have a couple good ones that ive add alot of strenght to...
