Man, Im so pissed off with myself lately. I am just trying to wonder why i cant seem to add weight to any of my lifts. I've only been training for a little over a year, but the amount of progress i feel i have made strength wise is garbage. Am i gonna have to eat big to gain strength or can i train for strength while on my cut now. Any tips to help out a frustrated teen bber on techniques for strength training would be sick.
