OK, so flaming is OK as long as there question is addressed and responded to? Is it OK to flame some more afterwards??? I really like pointing out the shortcomings of others on the internet. It's so empowering!!! Even if it wasn't, it sure beats getting sand kicked in my face and beat up at the beach in front of my girlfriend because I'm a 90lb wuss.

I understand the need to educate novices... that's why they're here... most of them will heed good, solid advice and not argue... so there's no need to berate them and be down-right rude. They're gonna have uneducated questions and notions... some of them will seem completely idiotic... that doesn't warrant name-calling and tearing them to pieces. How does that help? It just makes them resentful and not willing to come back to a place where *SOME* good info still floats around...and then that causes more problems for the A A S community in general. I just signed up as a platnium member wanting to be a long term member and if I had any idea how people were on here I never would have spent my money here... It is a real sad site to see a board as out of control as this one is..

you can look at almost any thread and see someone being an asshole it isn't a one or two thing it is alot . I have a few boards that I moderator and admin on and flaming is just not allowed period not needed doesn't help anyone from that..

just my 2cents and I can handle the bashing and give it right back when needed but boards can do without it and it is the job of the moderators to instill respect from the members or ban there ass..

OK, here is the problem. It's this sense of entitlement to the knowledge that it may have taken years, in some cases decades, for some of us to aquire. Now some newb shows up like a 4th grader showing up to an advanced calculus class in high school and wants to know how to find the square root of X. Then when you give him the answer, the newb ignores it and chooses to carry on and do shit his own anyway-even if it's the complete opposite of what he should be doing.

I like having the ability to flame at will. Other boards require that members refrain from flaming or hurting newbs feelings. Personally I think those boards suck cuz we've gotta spoon feed the newbs the basics. This means less posts of usuable 411 for the more advanced guys that could truly benefit from the real life experiences of vets. This is the kind of information that requires more than just a google search to attain. The same can't be said about what compound to run for your 1st cycle. That standard 411 can be found just about anywhere so why should we be hassled with giving out 411 to guys that are too lazy to find it on their own. Retard Alert!!! Ding!!! Ding!!! Ding!!! the boards I MOD on are of a information nature people come and want information and ask 4th grade questions all the time.. in calculus class.. if you want only advanced peeps with knowledge then make it a private site.. if not have a few mods that can control out of hand peeps with no social skills that only do curls and take cheesey pictures of themselves in front of their bedroom mirror with a friggin cell phone....

If you want to flame ppl go right ahead. I am just suggesting that ppl more might be more inclined to listen if you treated them w/ respect!

I would also offer; If this board isn't a freindly place to ask questions and ins't welcoming to noobs, then it will not generate new business, not only for board sponsers but also to some of the vets on this site that promote their own stuff. It will also become stale and boring. People will go else where for the info. Growth is an important aspect of all businesses and this board is no different. No new members = no new platinum memberships.

I realize that indeed some of the questions are pretty stupid, however, a little respect and common sense in the flaming department will make this a much better place for everyone.
