and you should know that a lot of people go through that, you're not the only one. It happened to me like Senior year in HS for some reason. As soon as I moved out for college and moved in with my friends I was my normal self again. I think it might be part of depression which only gets worse if you dont take steps to make it better, like going out, being around people, act in the face of fear and you'll get over it.

a buddy of mine is like that. Liquor helps him get through public events like games and whatnot. No joke

Whiskey

dont rely on liqour though, you'll get too used it. I know I did.

I used to be like that. I still am slightly. Never took anything for it, things just got better with time and age when you don`t give a shit about what people think and also realize they`re just as fucked up as you are.

or worse.
same, except im learning this at an early age

I think too many people rely on drugs these days. You don't need drugs, you need more self confidence. It's simple, ACT AS IF. Act like you belong and people will treat you as such. Act like you're afraid of what everyone is thinking of you and people will be turned off by that. Fake confidence will soon turn into real confidence when you start getting the attention and repect that you deserve. Don't come off as an arrogant prick, but command respect and people will give it.

You must spread some Karma around before giving it to gonelifting again.

I'll hit you back with some green when I can, thanks bro

You can always give up people and move to the middle of freakin' nowhere in upstate NY...

You are in the closet and just waitin' to come on out. Start dressing like Richard Simmons and sweat to the oldies!
