Look all of these recommendations will help but with out one thing you will fail miserably - WILLPOWER. Just don't eat shit food. Eat clean all the time and even though the food is plain and bland you will be full and unable to eat crap. Increase protein, drop fats down and lower carbs to just enough clean, complex carbs.
The bottom line is this - nobody said it is easy so don't be such a lazy bastard.
