I was reading a post yesterday and I can't find it now.
I started fin/prop cycle this past weekend and now
I sleep like shit. I wake up like a hour after a fall a sleep
and then its on / off until it time to go to work. WTF

When I take fina I often add Nyquil to my cycle.

It affected me like that too. Also, really bad night sweats were common. You could tell your doc about your insomnia problems and see if he/she will prescribe Ambien. That's a pretty effective sleep aid that won't keep you groggy the next day.
