Who is Elite's administator---- you can't count or system is flawed

Often I will try to post and a message says, Administrator specifies that you can only post every 30 seconds. That's the longest damn 30 seconds I've ever seen. More like 3 minutes.

try posting at bb.com...you have to wait 65 seconds...
