Who has been hunting this year?

That sucks twice! You knew them and they still stole your meat? I don't know how I'd have reacted.

I do know they waste meat that I take the time to recover, but when you get back less than you're expecting it makes you wonder.

I also bought a vacuum bagger this year and love it. Should have got it years ago.

anybody have any issues with poachers on their land? somebody has been quartering them and leaving the heads with spinal cord attached but cut off about half way with obvious saw marks, they must be using spot lights at night and bows because someone is always around,we have a mennonite family that home schools on the other house on the property and nobody has heard shots, but ive found two in the last three days where just the heads were left and other undesireable parts

Set up trail cams in the areas where you find the dead dear. Maybe you will get pictures of the poachers, then you can decide what to do from there.
