When to take flaxseed oil

Hey Bros'

All I want to know if I am on the right track here by taking my FLAXSEED OIL with a meal that has no complex carbohydrates except vegs.

I eat my complex carbs all before 4pm in small amounts which consist of oatmeal, brownrice or yams. I have heard that FLAXSEED OIL will help me to burn more fat and will give me more energy when my complex carbs are low.

If someone could help me out with this question that would be great.

You are doing fine by taking the flaxseed w/ veggies and protein. I recommend taking flaxseed oil 3 times a day, 1 hour before a meal or w/ a meal if you wish.

Hey Mr.X,

I have a question for you? For breakfast I am having 4 servings of oatmeal a piece of fruit and either 1 chicken breast or 7 egg whites. Along with all my vitamin's and etc.

I was thinking about cutting 1 - 2 servings of the oatmeal and adding a few more egg whites.

I think in some type of protein 7 times a day.

I have a show coming up in 3 1/2 weeks. I have already cut my complex carbs down too 2 times one in the morning and once an hour after training. I usually train in the morning.

You said take the flaxseed 3 times a day. Do I start that right after my last complex carbohydrates meal?

I am 5'11 and my bodyweight is at 212lbs 6-7% body-fat.

If you could give me any additional information that would be cool.

At 6-7% bodyfat and a show in 3 1/2 weeks, I would cut out ALL the carbs and run a high protein/VERY low carb/ mod. fat diet. Until 1/2 week before the show where you would use a moderate carb load w/ diuretics.

Otherwise, you might not come in tight.

the only advice I have is do not take flax seed oil before bedtime! it gives me too much energy and keeps me up!

Hey Mr.X,

Been taking your advice and seems to be working. Iam getting tighter everyday. Dropped my carbs to 2 servings of oatmeal in the morning before training and 1 yam after training. Upped my protein and Flaxseed Oil.

Funny thing since I upped my protein and dropped my carbs I gained almost a 1 lb.

How late should I be taking FLAXSEED OIL?

I have another question:

You wrote the following:

What type of diuretics should I take and what would you recomend as far as how many grams of carbs I should load up on. I know everyone is different but a suggestion from you would be great. Never have done it this way so I am a little lost.
