When to take Chrysin?

In order to minimize estrogen levels and the gyno they produce, when should Chrysin be taken? AFTER a prohormone cycle? DURING a prohormone cycle? Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Right now I'm taking 1-AD, five tabs a day. Considering trying other prohormones.

Is there any HARM in taking Chrysin concurrently with prohormones? i.e. will they counterract each other or limit my gains?

i dont think it would hurt your gain's try it out for a couple of day's and see if it work's
