ok heres whats happened to it.....

im 19....20 in 6 months

aout 2 weeks ago i noticed my forehead was oily when i was getting up in the morning. i have been munching lots of protein over this last month, also adding 2 small shakes one at lunch/dinner, and one in the evening. it was oily under the eyes to. i thought nothing off it and washed it off. it felt like vaseline (i assume its the sebum my sweat glands produce naturally)

its also been very hot uin the evenings "(plus heat from lots of protein + EFA's)

then about 1 weeks ago i noticed a few pimples on my forehead and just under hte eyes on one side. there were a few pimples but this increased. now there are l;ike 3 normal sized pimples and lots of very small almost un-see able (i.e. very small) ones that can only be seen close up in the mirror. antiseptic seems to of helped but how do i stop this reoccuring

my mom seems to think its heat rash....any ideas. can heat+ protein+ going to sleep late getting up late do this.

if so how do i stop it!

thanx

You have a rare skin disease and you are going to die.

lol on a serious note... i have very oily skin and i sweat a lot... so i use Clearsil face wash.. it works wonders, gets rid of oil realy good, better than soap and doesn't dry up your skin... i stopped getting pimples ever since i started using it.

And for the protein, im not sure if that could be a problem but going to sleep late? thats nonsense

get those neutrogena on the spot patches for when you break out... they work great. otherwise, clearasil is not good for skin... it'll dry it out. use mild cleansers like cetaphil or spectrogel... and at night use neutrogena healthy skin face lotion to slough off dead skin with the AHAs in it. if you are getting shiny during the day clinique makes a great product called sheer matteness and it is a clear powdery gel that you put on and it absorbs oil.

hope this helps.

lack of sleep makes me break out a bit too.

i kinda did something stupid last night. i soaked my head in TCP thinking it would 'burn' the spots away.....it burnt a lot...i spent the night sleeping with a wet towel on my head.

ill look for the neturtogena too though.

clearasil works for some people, i used to use rubbing alcohol on my spots when i was hitting puberty. my dad says he gets spots in the heat too. i just hope they go away. i just noticed a 'pit' in my face due to scarring.....:(

thanx for the help u two though :)
