Just thought I would say hello. It's friday and I am on my fourth no carb day on my carb cycle and it quite frankly fucked. I'm 6 weeks out from another show and am now remembering how hard the last 6 weeks are before a competition. I'm hoping on coming in about 4 or 5 pounds heavier but still under the weight limit to be in light heavyweight. I hope your all kicking ass in the gym and lifting mammoth weights. I'm lucky enought to have the energy to get my ass up off the couch to go do cardio twice a day. i think I'm going to silkscreen a shirt for myself that says "Fuck Cardio" on it.
