I am going to be starting a Creatine & 1-AD cycle tomorrow and put my Clen and ECA stuff to the side for awhile.
My question is if I use CLA in place of the ECA to control the bodyfat gain (scared to death of gaining too much fat), would that be pretty good?
I've given up (for now) on trying to eat completely "clean" and dieting down to get my six pack. I figure as long as I'm working out, consuming 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight every day, and cutting out as much soda as possible, I will get my six pack without a problem. Plus I have a night job at a warehouse store called Sams Club, and that's nothing but physical labor, so add that to my workouts each week....the calorie expenditure will be there.
Will the CLA help melt that fat down without dipping into my muscle mass? How does it work? What should I expect?
