got the week off before summerschool/work starts

what game do i buy.

i got Mirrors Edge for free, and after an hour and a half, i got bored as fuck.

my priorities are as follows

1) storyline (can i get immersed in it, do i want to know whats next?)

2) killing (what do i get to kill, fun ways to kill, not too much skill involved, such as time crisis, where u have to hide every 2 seconds)

What have you played recently?

I rented Resident Evil 5 and it was decent. Wouldn't buy it though. Ever played Fable 2?, awesome game.

I also recently rented Star Wars: The Force Unleased, it was well done. Good story and game play.

Its pretty awesome. My kid got it like Friday. Lil jackass and his friends have only let me play a time or two, and they whooped my ass, but its cool, I like it so far.

the last 2 games i really got into were oblivion and fallout 3, both by bethesda softwares

You would probably like gears of war 1/2. Easy shooter to pick up, and have fun with, plus you get to use a chain saw and cut people in half.
