What's a good lifting routine for a shiftworker?

Hi all. I have my cycle planned including PCT. I'm 6 feet at around 205 lbs, BF 10 percent (just had it checked). My only issue is i work as a RN in ER on the night shift 7p-7:30a. It might be easier if i worked the same 3 shifts every week but I'm all over the place! I'm having trouble finding a routine that i can slot into my days off. I have no problem doing 45 min cardio on my work days but i just can't find the intensity to push myself on the weights. Three weeks ago i injured my left rotator cuff because i lost focus doing dumbbell presses with 100lbs/arm. Can anyone else relate to my woes......the money is awesome but it is not conducive to a healthy gym life.
